The Federal Office for Civil Protection is responsible for the overall concept, strategic direction and content of the Swiss Conference on Disaster Health 2027 KATAMED.

Presenting Language

Presentations may be held in the speakers’ native language (German, French or Italian).

No simultaneous interpretation will be provided.

All presentation slides must be prepared in English.

Participants at the Congress

The congress is aimed at professionals and decision-makers from:

• Clinical medicine and hospitals
• Emergency and rescue services
• Civil protection and crisis management
• Public administration and authorities

Scientific Committee

The scientific programme is developed in close collaboration with an interdisciplinary Scientific Committee composed of national experts from the relevant fields.
